- Create New Pioneers chapters in Romania High Schools
- Organize environmental education programs
- Develop citizen science projects
- Expand volunteer network across Romania
- Launch annual Delta Innovation Challenge
Phase 3 – International Impact (2028)
- Connect Romanian youth with international partners
- Develop cross-border conservation initiatives
- Host the first New Pioneers Summit in the Danube Delta
- Support youth-led sustainability projects
- Build a long-term regeneration network for the Black Sea and DANUBE region
